Vacuum coating technology has been widely used in all walks of life,and vacuum coating equipment contains a wide range of intelligent instruments and hardware equipment,so the control of vacuum coating equipment is basically dependent on the actual operation of experienced staff.However,not only is this labour intensive,but the control i s often not as effective as it could be,resulting in a large amount of wasted film roll substrate and no guarantee of uniformity of coating.This requires the design of a complete vacuum coating equipment control system that can automatically control the coating,which can greatly reduce the waste of human and material resources and also contribute to the further development of the industrial automation field.This article,from the actual project requirements,combined with artificial intelligence algorit hms and advanced communication technology,design a set of vacuum winding coating machine control system,the main work is as follows :(1)Research the evaporation control strategy of the system.T he evaporation process of the vacuum web coater has the charact eristics of time-varying and uncertainty,and the multi-channel parallel operation in the evaporation process causes the coupling phenomenon in the system,so the multi-channel evaporation decoupling control strategy based on fuzzy PID control is designed..The evaporation control strategy first uses fuzzy PID controller to set the single-channel control parameters online,and then uses the diagonal matrix method to decoupling control of the evaporation system's multi-channels,so as to realize the system' s evaporation control.(2)According to the functional requirements of the system,select PLC(S7-1200)as the core controller,and design the hardware structure of the vacuum web coating control system.On the basis of the hardware structure,Modbus TCP proto col is selected to realize the good communication of the system,and the technical realization and data analysis of the communication protocol are explained in detail.(3)Under the development environment of Visual Studio 2014,using vb.net language combined with the evaporation control strategy designed in the upper software to develop a local vacuum web coating machine control system to achieve stable data transmission,good system control and Accurate control of the evaporation process,and the selection of local databases to ensure data security and accurate distribution of data structures.T he system has designed an intuitive and convenient interactive interface for users,and provides functions such as operation control of each subsystem,real-time monitoring of important data,safety management of main parameters,and fault alarms.(4)Conduct comprehensive tests on all aspects of the developed system.It mainly includes three aspects,upper and lower communication test,comprehensive coating test and actual operation test.The comprehensive test results basically reached the expected goals,the system is highly operable,running well,data transmission is stable,the system design meets the needs of users,and the coating effect reaches the range of performance indicators.
