Today,the popularity of smart phones and applications become increasingly widespread,and that makes the mobile Internet account for a substantial increase in proportion.With gradual development of the Smart cities,mobile communication has a broader prospect.It will become the main communication media for the Smart cities,and it will also become the mainstay of personal communication.To strengthen the research in standardization of wireless network planning will accelerate the development of mobile communication network.With the rapid development of mobile communication technology,the current LTE network planning and deployment is already imminent.It is necessary for mobile communication operators to understand and master the basic technical knowledge of LTE network,such as technical characteristics,operating mechanism,implementation method and planning method.The purpose of wireless network planning is to ensure the coverage of wireless networks and reasonable capacity planning.Reasonable network planning can strengthen the mobile network operators in the network cost competitiveness.In short,a reasonable network planning can make a better balance between the network performance and cost.Now operators have accumulated abundant experience in 2G and 3G network construction,but the LTE network construction research is still in the initial stage of exploration.LTE network planning solution will determine the network construction time,and it is very important to reduce the investment risk.So a good network planning and design in the early stage of construction is a very important key point.In this paper,the relevant theoretical knowledge in wireless network planning was studied firstly,and the current status of wireless network planning at home and abroad was analyzed,and the network planning process and related methods were studied.All above provides theoretical basis for developing LZ's wireless network planning.Secondly,the current situation of LZ's network planning and the problems in the development were analyzed.It provides the reference for behind studies on how to promote the development of network planning and how to achieve the sustainable construction.Thirdly,PEST method is used for analyzing the situation of LZ's LTE network planning in macro environment.SWOT method is used for discovering the strength and weakness of LZ's LTE network planning.Then corresponding strategy is clearly defined.Finally,through the implementation of the operational development strategy,LZ LTE wireless network planning costs reduce substantially,and it achieves significant network effectiveness.Through the relevant research and deployment,LZ's LTE network planning strategy is clearly defined,and the corresponding investment cost is reduced,and the optimization of the network is achieved.
