Luohe Td-Scdma Wireless Network Planning

After many years of efforts, China’s TD-SCDMA technology has made breakthrough progress, as China has independent intellectual property rights of the3G communication standard, it signifies that China’s mobile communication technology into the advanced ranks in the world, and by the state attaches great importance to and vigorously support. With the issuance of3G licenses, moving smoothly through the TD-SCDMA from the test network to business planning and construction process, the3G network coverage continued to strengthen, the planning and construction of a management and maintenance of the TD-SCDMA network, has become an important research topic.This paper mainly studies the Luohe mobile TD-SCDMA network planning and construction. This article first introduced the TD-SCDMA communication technology characteristics and development history, elaborated the TD-SCDMA wireless network key technologies and key technology in practical application; second, I have engaged in specific work of Luohe TD network planning, construction undertakes study, network planning theory as the instruction, to the Luohe TD network planning, and the construction is completed based on KPI index and DT test index analysis, the network was optimized and adjusted, thereby creating a consistent with the standards of excellent network; finally summed up Luohe to the TD-SCDMA project planning and construction experience, and the existent problem of analysis, at the same time, in the practice of project proposes innovative opinions, for the future TD-SCDMA network construction provides the reference.
