With the rapid development of wireless communication technology and the widespread popularity of intelligent terminals, from the 2G development to today's 4G and even future 5G, mobile operators face many technical challenges with explosive growth in the business needs. How to reasonably plan the network and adjust the network structure, and building a low-cost,high-efficiency wireless network is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on considering actual wireless communication networks, this paper dose research to provide theoretical reference.First of all, this paper introduces the value module which analysis the cost,economic and other aspects and design function that is the mapping algorithm between the base station and the map grid, including simulation algorithm and MR algorithm. The mapping algorithm is based on the business logic to calculate the distribution of the per user monthly consumption, talk time and average revenue in the raster level map. This paper analyzes the value data from user, terminal, market and so on, and gets the distribution of value in the planning area and as a basis for the economic benefits from the perspective of planning to provide a reliable basis.Secondly, according to the problem of resource shortage and load imbalance in wireless network, the paper introduces the principle of capacity planning module which calculates the existing network capacity based on the data of load and network busy connection number. Through the above indicators to predict whether the network development may bring the network capacity is insufficient and the load is not equal to the problem. In the end this module is to ensure the end of the planned network capacity available.Finally, this paper analyzes the module of weak coverage and interference in the network expansion planning which is based on MR, ATU and swept data in the existing network, the reference planning scenario and the estimation of various possible situations. From the theoretical point of view, mapping the cell-level data to grid-level data through mapping algorithm and setting multiple judgment conditions to synthetically judge whether the grid has interference coverage to prevent the network expansion may occur in the interference coverage.Through implementing the program according to the paper and using actual data to ensure availability of this project, this paper laid the foundation for the large-scale promotion of this project.
