With the rapid development of the Internet and the arrival of the era of Telecom full-service operation,the demand of customers is becoming more and more diversified.The development of telecom industry in the future depends more on customer demand.To achieve sustainable development competitive advantage,it is necessary to tap the real needs of users.As one of the largest operators of China Telecom industry,in order to more accurate insight into the needs of users and achieve in accordance with the needs of users with targeted,precise marketing direction,China Mobile is constantly strengthening the use of the Internet for electronic channel marketing.The establishment of marketing management platform is the way to achieve mine customer needs using mobile Internet,and the way to realize IT management of precision marketing and marketing activities.Based on the status of the telecommunications industry marketing,According to the specific needs of Shandong Mobile Corporation,the article has carried on the demand analysis and the design of the marketing management platform.The system uses three layers architecture:presentation layer,business logic layer and data access layer,and use the B/S model to build the framework.In the specific development,the system uses the object-oriented idea as the instruction,uses the Java language to carry on the development.At the same time,the UML language is used to analyze and design the system.The system is described by se case diagrams,flow diagrams and activity diagrams.The implementation of the system uses the APPFRAME development framework,making full use of its existing components to achieve the business functions of the system.This paper gives a brief introduction to the APPFRAME framework technology,and introduces its interface control mode and data persistence management structure.Hibernate is used to manage the system module,the Oracle database is used to store the system data,and DAO is used to encapsulate the data.In the detailed design part of the system,the functional modules are modeled.The static model is built by using the UML class diagrams,and the dynamic model is built by using the UML sequence diagram.In the part of system implementation,the main function interface is displayed,and the algorithm of each module is described.The key code of some functional modules is listed in this part.Marketing management platform has five function modules:customer base management,marketing execution management,marketing analysis and evaluation,marketing inquiry management,system management.In this paper,the five functional modules are analyzed and designed.Marketing planning,marketing approval,marketing distribution is the main link of marketing activities,but also the main content of the marketing management platform to complete.The main function modules are analyzed in detail,and the results are given.Through the work of this paper,basically achieved the purpose of,according to the needs of different customer groups,purposeful marketing.The system can greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Shandong Mobile Corporation marketing work.
