As customers increasingly demand for mobile communications being personalized, the traditional popularized marketing model has been unable to meet the needs of business development. In order to meet customer demand, China Mobile launched a growing number of targeted customer marketing activities. Facing with so many marketing activities, the workload of managing marketing activities is enormous. At present, the marketing activities from designing, implementation, etc. to assessing, need a number of departments to collaborate to complete, and the work is completed mainly through manual. Through the traditional manual approach to manage the marketing activities, such as extracting the customer lists of marketing activities, collecting the monitoring data of the marketing activities and so on, it is not only spending a lot of manpower and time, but also being difficult to achieve the continuity of the marketing programme management.By building marketing management system, it can enhance the operational efficiency and depth of the Zhejiang Mobile marketing management and the ability of decision-making based on data management, it can promote more rapid development of business, at the same time it can also improve the sophisticated marketing ability of the company, reduce the waste of resources caused by non-target marketing, reduce the rate of customer complaints and improve customer value and loyalty.This article referring the thinking mode based on J2EE Distributed Architecture, establish a Web-based application system based on this pattern. This paper describes the application how to design and develop a marketing management platform based on this system.Marketing management platform is divided into several modules by the functional requirements. I mainly responsible for the designing and development of marketing activities in the implementation of subsystems, including marketing campaign launching module, marketing campaign approvaling module, marketing task auditing module and marketing task sending module. In this paper, these modules were discussed in detail.
