A telecom operator not only expand of the market and constantly absorb customer resources,but also put forward higher requirements for the marketing system of enterprises at the same time.The current marketing model of enterprises exposes many problems in many aspects.The lack of coordination ability of marketing resources leads the inefficient execution of marketing system,the lack of ability to handle business opportunities is not conducive for enterprising to further develop the market,in addition,market explorers lack the necessary conditions for the presence of office.Therefore,a telecom operator decides to develop a marketing sand table system.The first stage in the design and implementation of the marketing sand table system is analyzing the needs of the system.After determining the functional requirements of the system establishes the demand structure of regional monitoring,precision marketing,mobile phone terminal and other modules.The system also analyzes the demand in depth.Reasonable development technology should be selected in the design phase of the marketing sand table system,including the Java EE platform,Hibernate framework,Spring Boot framework,Oracle llg database,and Android platform.An overall architecture should be established according to the interface and service classes of all modules,such as regional monitoring and opportunity processing.The detailed structure of modules such as area monitoring and foreign cooperation is designed by using class diagram and timing diagram in UML modeling language.And then the database structure is established based on the data entities in the overall schema and the corresponding E-R diagram is formed.In the implementation stage of the marketing sand table system,combined with front-end technology achieves regional monitoring,precision marketing and other all functional modules of the operating and mobile phone interface.The marketing sand table system for a telecom operators achieves regional monitoring,area management,informati on collection,precision marketing,business opportunity processing,foreign cooperation,marketing publicity,mobile phone terminal modules.The system testing phase completes the marketing sand table system's functional testing,performance testing tasks,and summarizing the test conclusions.The application of the system provides a modern means for a telecom operator to optimize the marketing service system and improves the efficiency of marketing resource allocation.A telecom operator strengthens the handling and publicity of business opportunities while integrated managing all marketing resources,and laying on improving the precision of marketing work achieves a sound development of the enterprise.
