The current telecom market and its related technologies are at the stage of rapid development. Telecom operators need to continuously upgrade scientific decision-making ability and precision of operations management capabilities. Business Intelligence (BI) systems play an important role in the new environment of market competition. Business Analysis System (BASS) of telecom reflect the situation of business management, and it's useful in making business decision and marketing. So it is a decision support system of the telecom companies. Building BASS using Data Warehouse (DW), data analysis Data Mining (DM) technologies, and intelligent information processing, the knowledge will be found in mass communications data. Market managers can make a decision timely, accurate, and scientific. IT is an effective means to enhance business competitiveness.This paper analyzes the technologies of BASS based on the DW and DM. Combined with the characteristics of telecom companies'mass data, a method of classification DW proposed, and based on which a classification DW, a BASS and the marketing management functions designed and implemented.In this paper, three main areas of research work carried out. First, telecom enterprise data come from disparate systems of heterogeneous data. In view of this characteristic, this paper presents a unified enterprise data communication logic model of massive data integration methods. With this method, the data structure of DW uniformed, the heterogeneous data integrated and shared, the definition of operational indicators caliber uniformed, the data storaged and standardized in DW. It laid a solid foundation for data quality management and business applications. BASS build on Classification DW. Second, this article studied DM in the marketing application, developed a prediction model for accurate marketing and analysis to achieve a precise and accurate marketing. The data and information are useful to make an accurate and timely decision. Third, this article implemented the marketing management functions in BASS on classification DW. It is important for efficient marketing and scientific management in the increasingly fierce market competition environment.
