With the Internet and information technology develop rapidly,people's life is gradually influenced by the Internet.A variety of information and services are easy to gotten.The Internet makes people more and more "lazy",which leads to great changes in consumer demand,usage habits,requirement of services and other needs,but telecommunications company are still staying in the traditional marketing service mode,which has not kept up with the steps of the industry and informatization.The Internet and precision of marketing services are particularly urgent and important for telecom operators.In the traditional marketing mode of telecom operators,sales service is through offline entity shops and personnel,publicity and marketing through offline advertising spaces,while offline personnel flow is limited,the scope of promotion and effects are limited,and it is difficult to focus on target users.Due to excessive dependence on the offline,the terminal channel has mastered a large voice,and there are some problems such as difficulty in management,high service risk,high marketing cost,and difficult user feedback.Accurate marketing through multiple channels including Internet channels is a good choice tothe solve the drawbacks of the traditional marketing mode of the above telecom operators.The precision marketing is to obtain user portraits through a large number of data analysis,to accurately locate the existing needs of users and predict potential needs,and finally rely on technical means to reach the target users with low cost and high efficiency.However,user data often have the characteristics of large amount of data,different types and formats,different data sources,etc.How to collect these huge and complex data automatically and how to analyze useful information quickly and accurately from them is the problem we need to solve.This thesis presents the design and implementation of a precise marketing push platform based on telecommunication data.The platform will automatically collect data from different data sources and formats,process the data,such as collation,storage,analysis and matching,to locate users' existing needs and predict potential needs,and finally push channels to market the target users precisely.Based on the design and implementation of the platform,through a large number of data function and business traversal tests,the platform has good stability,efficiency and accuracy.
