In recent years,with the fast development of the Internet of things,the trend of Internet of Everything becomes more remarkable,and the R&D demands of intelligent device are also becoming more and more.However,the difficulty of the R&D of the intelligent device has become the bottleneck of the development of the Internet of things,including the 4G communication technology and the application of intelligent components.In order to solve this problem,by using the techniques of the consumer electronics,this paper has invented a core board that supporting all LTE Bands in China.Since the core board has solved the majority of R&D problems,the companies of IoT just do a simple work,according to their own needs.This paper confirms the core board specifications first,according to the needs of IoT,then provide the schematic diagram for PCB design.During the design of the core board PCB,we have to fix the EMI problems.Combining with the design of this project,this paper introduces the whole process of the design and expounds the main technology used in the design of the core board.It mainly does the following work:1.This paper introduces the chips that the core board has used and the function of each chip,and provides the design of the functional block diagram.2.Definitely settled the core board of the interface,then introduced each interface in detail.Summarize the design rules of some related interfaces,also.Besides,designed a project that supporting all LTE Bands and given the block diagram.3.Summarize the EMC design of the core board.The paper makes a deep research from the aspects of the stack structure,the impedance control,the layout and the EMC design of the RF.Based on the experience of EMC design,the paper puts forward some new design methods according to the actual test.4.Research the power integrity design,summarizes some key points of the PDN design.When the design has done,the simulation software is used to verify and modify the design in order to meet the requirements of the PDN design.5.The design of each layer of the core board is given,and the production test design of the core board is provided. |
