Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) means the ability that equipments and systemscan work normally in their EM environment, and won't cause intolerable EM jamming toanything in this environment. With the development of electronic technology electronicequipments density gets higher and higher, and interactional jamming gets stronger andstronger. So EMC must be considered in design, especially in military equipments whereEMC is more important because of high output power and wide frequency covering.Radar transmitter is primary part of modem radar system. The output power ofgeneral radar transmitter is high to ensure detection range. Transmitters are major jammingsource of EM environment because they make functional jamming to other electronicequipments, so EMC of radar transmitter are very significant.The main innovative contributions of this thesis include:(1) Combined with engineering practice, primary EMC problems in solid state radartransmitters are analyzed.(2) By EDA tools anti-jamming design is made to EMC problems in solid state radartransmitters, a series of technical measures are taken to reduce transmitters EM jamming tooutside and improve anti-EM jamming ability of transmitters.(3) The EMC performance test is made to the designed transmitter, and the testresults are analyzed.
