Signal integrity analyses play a decisive role in the design and development process of high-speed signal processor. It is helpful for ensuring sampling accuracy and decreasing signal distortion to solve the signal integrity problems in analog circuit, and improving the throughput and reliability of digital systems to solve the signal integrity problems in digital signal. If the signal integrity problems are solved in the design process, the design quality can be improved and the changing design can be avoided, meanwhile, manpower, material and financial can be save and achieve the multiplier effect.Signal integrity issues include aspects: reflection, crosstalk, electromagnetic compatibility and power integrity, which are restricted each other and affect the performance of high-speed signal processor jointly. These questions in the process of signal processor design can be solved by the simulation of signal integrity. Therefore, in the task, based on the performance index of one project, the signal integrity design and simulation of high-speed signal processor are accomplished, and the results of which are well.In this paper, the reasons of signal integrity problem are analyzed, and the solve scheme is fond by studying signal integrity theoretical. Signal integrity design for the pivotal circuit of high speed signal processor is achieved by the scheme, in which, including signal ordination module, high-speed AD module, data processing module, EMC module and power integrity module. The transfer's quality of signal can be improved effectively by the signal integrity design of these modules.In this paper, the simulation of the signal integrity for design scheme is completed by software Hyperlynx 8.0. By the simulation result before routing, the parameter of matched resistance is adjusted, and the scheme of routing strategy and decoupling capacitance is established, which optimize the design scheme of signal integrity of high-speed signal processor. Then, by the simulation result after routing, the illogical routing and devices layout are adjusted, and the simulation result before routing is validated. It is shown in the result that the performance of signal processor can be improved obviously by the design scheme of signal integrity optimized. The schematic and PCB of the high-speed signal processor are designed and done based on the design scheme optimized. The performance test verifies that all the indexes of high-speed signal processor are better than the indexes of design requirements. The result of signal integrity design of high-speed signal processor is ideal.
