Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Office System Based On SharePoint

With commercial society developing,office automation has been becoming real need for modernized enterprise.It is difficult to manage and share information in the company with existence of different type of office system and desultory stacking kinds of files.Besides,traditional paper approving process is very perplexing and need be passed within different dept.via hardcopy,which is inefficiency.As a result,it is necessary to establish automatized internet office system for a modern enterprise.Business information resource could be integrated via Microsoft SharePoint effectively in the enterprise.The enterprise user could log in the single account in one time to access information in different business platform in the enterprise.And the system information would be accessed and presented upon the access authority.Business approving process could be transacted at one stop and it is not necessary to switch different system in the enterprise.Therefore,the application integration,achieved with the enterprise cooperating business management system constructed based on SharePoint,is different with traditional application system aggregation.The purpose is not to achieve multi-system business transaction.It is targeted to enhance support for scientific policy making and improve enterprise managing and controlling at the point of enterprise management.Firstly,the researching background and purpose of this project task is illustrated in this paper.The history and actuality of office system is summarized,analyzed,researched in this paper.And then,the technique related office business system is probed.And knowledge related Microsoft SharePoint is also briefly introduced in this paperSecondly,the feasibility is researched to develop office business system based on SharePoint platform in this paper.The system running environment and function requirement is discussed in this paper.At last,the office system is designed and achieved through system general structure,business function design,and technique support development.The distinguishing feature and improvement of this paper is constructing a cooperating office system.The system adopts B/S tech structure with 3 level.It has a built-in work flow engine and supply an opened interface for function extension,with which,distributed management of office system is achieved completely.
