Design And Realization Of Office Automation System Based On SharePoint

It puts forward a highly customizable and scalable design proposal by analyzing the automation requirement for a multi-national corporation. According to the technical features of the SharePoint platform, it analyzes the feasibility and advantages of the document release module and applying for approval module built upon SharePoint technology.Online applying & approving module mainly use the property of SharePoint workflow to combine with other software and develop the complex applying & approving workflow to meet the requirement of the company.The main function of Data-sharing module is to give different permission to different users through the permissions settings,which secure data transmission.By analyzing the major requirement of the OA system of ZP Company corresponding goals are drawn out. According to the goals, the paper point out the detailed designing direction and put forward the realization method and process.
