Design And Implementation Of Sharepoint Online Cloud Data Management System

SharePoint Online is a very important component of the Microsoft Office365 cloud service application suite.Enterprise users do not need to install any hardware software locally.Enterprise employees can create websites,store data,and share document information with colleagues,partners,and customers.The system is designed with SharePoint Online centralized management data function and real-time data custom transfer function for enterprise administrators to help manage data and establish stable backup and restore functions to help users avoid the risk of data loss or damage.Through the current popular Software as a service(SAAS)solution,the system serves customers in the form of Service based on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform in the B/S architecture mode,without requiring customers to have any hardware and software deployment.Because the system should consider big data storage and big data throughput,the system uses Azure Blob Storage for data storage,which can carry the enterprise users of the world's top 500 data.Use Azure SQL plus Redis DB combination to solve the background throughput problem.The system mainly uses the SharePoint Client API provided by Microsoft for data interaction.To make up for the partial limitation of the Client API and improve the response speed of the Client API,a set of Web Service,REST API and Http Request are encapsulated based on the Client API.Business API.The entire system builds a cloud service system on the Azure platform,dividing the front-end,back-end,data storage,database storage,and maintaining a long-term online service level agreement(SLA).
