Design And Development Of An Enterprise's BPM System Based On SharePoint

Along with the development and application of information technology,lots of IT systems appear in enterprises.The work efficiency in office has been much increased indeed. However, on one hand, due to the business is extended, resource of enterprises disperse everywhere. Employees need to log on different system to find documents or other resources.On the other hand, since the standardization of the management and stable increase in scale, the information resources management would not be the only means of IT management in enterprises, enterprises will need more complex business process management.Apparently, all these lead to conformity and optimization.How to establish a reusable frame structure to solve all these issues related to system conformity, information lookup and work efficiency.To figure out these issues drastically, it would be come down to IT strategy programming, which includes user management, technology platform, application conformity, portal and so on. Besides that, how to use dynamic modeling in enterprise management would be a new question for discussion in workflow management technology.As a enterprise focus on industrial automation, SIAS provides entire solution for chemical, building material, municipal engineering, pharmacy, food&drink, MES, OEM system etc.Along with the extended business, enterprise's top management team become to find that there are many issues in enterprise's information management. This paper aims directly at the particularity of SIAS, and considers that services and resources are dispersed and the characteristics of business process management.Thus, in this paper, it is illustrated the idea of business process management system architecture with MOSS2007 and BPM technology which is fit for SIAS.For the first, this paper introduces definition of BPM and other related concepts. Then, concepts, principle, technology detail etc. of BPM, SOA and Web Services are thorough discussed.After consideration on complex situation of existed application system and other requirements, a BPM-SOA portfolio is proposed. Finally, Knowledge management system--a key part of this BPM system is designed and implemented by MOSS 2007, Skelta etc.
