Research And Implementation Of Information Platform For Small Or Medium Enterprises Of HRMOSS Based On Sharepoint

An information portal for SME which is referred HRMOSS has been built in this study,and it is based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server2010, which is the latest EIP solutionplatform of Microsoft, which links person, information and business system of the enterprisethrough content management, document management and workflow management, andprovides an advanced and mature EIP solution. Based on HRMOSS system, first we analysisthe needs of building the enterprise information platform, determine the technicalrequirements for information management platform, and then research on the relatedtechnology, design the framework of HRMOSS system, and ultimately implement the system.The system uses the theory of software engineering, using the UML model to analysisand design the system, using the UML use case diagrams to describe user needs and modulefunction; based on the SharePoint Server2010platform, design and realization six majorsubsystems: information dissemination、document management、project management、conference management、integrated management、personal portal; using Visio and SharePointDesigner to design the leave approval workflow and financial reimbursement workflow, usingInfoPath to design the user-defined form, combined with the ASP. NET technology and SQLdatabase technology for the realization of the system.HRMOSS system has been designed with the following features：(1)Break through the old single models of the content management system, the onlinevideo-interactive embedded into the enterprise content management platform successfully;(2)Design of a weighted performance management architecture which reference to theplan, to achieve the seamless integration of enterprise content management and enterprisepersonnel management.Finally, the HRMOSS run well in practical. The feasibility and effectiveness of thesystem reach the demand of requirements and design.
