Today,most of the domestic enterprises and companies are using computer office system for daily working,most of the office software is from Microsoft Corp products,but the business system is based on a variety of different types of database and high-level programming language development,the result is that the data is difficult to interact with each other,and lack of communication.The SharePoint platform provides a very good choice for these enterprises,SharePoint platform can provide a complete set of workflow engine for enterprise users,users can design and edit list workflow and business processes through this platform,only a small amount of code should be written or no code at all,it can help enterprise users to further expand the content management of SharePoint platform,it can help internal and external cooperation and business process management capabilities also,and it can integrate the user's other business systems together smoothly.The research content of this paper is based on the needs of Beijing Beda Jade Bird Security System Engineering Technical Ltd.,through the use of SharePoint software,set up information-sharing platform,knowledge sharing platform,collaborative office platform,and each department,to build a platform for the integration of common office software,to achieve an efficient information-sharing platform,to improve the efficiency of enterprises,to ensure the timely release of information,and to achieve the proposed non paper office of the government.In this paper,starting from system analysis,based on the principles of efficiency and security,considering the amount of system access required by the server from the enterprise,selecting the server that is in line with the requirements,recording the installation and deployment of the system,designing,development,testing,and finalized the document.This document used SharePoint2010+SQLServer2008R2+SharePoint Designer 2010 environment.
