Design And Realization Of Mobile Manufacturing Execution System For The Intelligent Manufacturing

In recent years,with the development of global economic integration and the advance of industrial information,the global manufacturing industry is undergoing profound changes.Especially under the background of "industry 4.0" in Germany and "intelligent manufacturing 2025" in China,Manufacturing enterprises have gradually become aware of the important role of information construction for the survival and development of enterprises.As an important part of enterprise information construction,workshop management system represented by manufacturing execution system,has received more and more attention.In this dissertation,through the research on discrete manufacturing enterprise,analyzed production characteristics of discrete manufacturing,management process and current produce situation of workshop,and elaborate a set of development plans of mobile application management system based on MES.On the basis of the overall business process design of the system,proposed the system frame based on the three layer model and given the physical topology of the system and key technology.In the data layer,a database interaction method based on XML middleware is proposed by researching on integration model of heterogeneous data;in function layer,combined with system functional requirements and used object-oriented UML modeling mechanism,take the class diagram,the activity diagram and the sequence diagram to analyze the system function model.Finally,according to the above system design,developed a mobile workshop management system on the Android OS with the function of remote monitoring and field management,thus breaks through the limitation of traditional computer terminal management system to achieve flexible production and mobile office,and meet the individual needs of product data tracking and monitoring in manufacturing process.
