Factories manufacturing execution systems developed rapidly in the past 10 years all over the world. It is a system of production management technology and real-time information oriented to shop floor. Study of such systems and using it in aircraft assembly is of high value and can greatly improve the production efficiency.This paper designed and implemented a set of assembly used to support aircraft manufacturing execution systems based on B/S structure of information technology.The system comprised by planning management module, on-site monitoring module, inventory management module and system management module.The entire system’s architecture planning and design based on the above analysis were completed. The planning management module were completed. It has functions to arrange the manufacture planning automatically and optimize the manufacture planning. On-site monitoring and quality management module with function of human-computer interaction were designed and implemented. The Inventory Management were achieved. News and accessory issurance module were achieved to share the data of the whole system. The production planning optimization and management of serial and parallel algorithms based on the critical path were also particular discussed. Using three-tier architecture designing idea makes the system has characteristic of low coupling of data, replacement of module and secondary development. At the same time, it makes it of generality and expansibility.Finally, the system using Oracle database as the underlying supporting database and using OLEDB as the operating database module were archived. The results proved that the system facilitates the enterprise management, improve the efficiency of production and has high value in engineering.
