At present,the production of OLED industry in China has entered the industrial chain stage.The efficient production of OLED industry chain can be realized through the cooperation of upstream and downstream industry links,which puts forward higher requirements for the production and manufacturing execution links of the industry.In the production and manufacturing execution system of this industry,there are some problems such as unclear division of labor and weak overall control of the production process by the management level.The production behavior of different departments is in their own way,which seriously restricts the improvement of production efficiency.Based on the characteristics of the production and manufacturing execution process in OLED industry,it is necessary to develop the optimized production and manufacturing execution system for the operation client of the production and manufacturing execution system.The Client side adopts the overall idea of C/S(Client/Server)architecture and MVC(Model View Controller)mode.Users access the system Server through the Client side,and the Server side takes the responsibility of interface generation.Based on the operation mode of C/S architecture,the.net language technology commonly used in the development of window interface is adopted to improve the adaptability of client software.C#Winform framework provides a variety of component call combinations,flexible application of C#Winform framework in the development of rich front forms interface effects.The framework has the characteristics of C#language adaptive network programming,which can improve the adaptability of the manufacturing execution system client and the scope of application scenarios.In addition by adjusting the control to adapt to more types of business.SQL Server 2014 database and C/S architecture system fusion performance is good,convenient program background and database interactionModules such as batch management,box management,equipment management,material management,mask management,formula management,delivery management,data query and so on are realized in the production and manufacturing execution system operation client.In batch management module implements the batch information to view,detained batch processing,and scrap batch processing functions,card management module to achieve card box magazine information management and card box processing functions,through equipment management module to achieve function such as state management,port management,material management module to realize the function such as materials handling,mask mask information management module in management and deal with the function of the mask,recipe management module implements recipe information management,and other functions,move send management module to achieve moved to send function such as task management,data query module implements history query,and other functionsThe application of this system provides an advanced means for OLED industry to manage and control the production and manufacturing execution process,and ensures the orderly development of each production process on the basis of optimizing each link of production execution.Management department in the overall control of the production and manufacturing process at the same time timely grasp the feedback data of each production link to provide an effective reference basis for the overall decision-making in the production field.
