| With the development of computer, network and communication technology, the work and management methods of the modern enterprise and organization also had a huge change. In the era of big data, various industries are facing the complicated and huge data management problems, and also need new technology to collect and make use of the information. Personnel management is an essential part of management of modern enterprises, and also is the fundamental guarantee of its development. A large part of the competitiveness of each enterprise is derived from the human resources management and more perfect personnel management is the embodiment of the good image of the enterprises in the market economic system.But there is not a set of norms of personnel management system and the traditional, artificial auxiliary Excel's style is still used in Human Resource and Social Security Bureau of Inner Mongolia Ximeng. With the increase of the personnel number and the increasingly complexity of personnel management work, the statistics management of personnel data is a more difficult work and work efficiency is lower. The traditional way has not adapted to the requirements of HR management. Therefore, a advanced and standard personnel management information system is needed to establish, which rely on advanced information technology, higher level of scientific management theories, in order to improve the work efficiency and the management level of the personnel management of Human Resource and Social Security Bureau of Inner Mongolia Ximeng, and promote its development.In view of the actual work situation of Human Resource and Social Security Bureau of Inner Mongolia Ximeng and the concept of service-oriented architecture SOA, this paper designed a personnel management information system based on J2 EE and My SQL, which meet the requirement of the personnel management of Human Resource and Social Security Bureau of Inner Mongolia Ximeng. At first, the present situation of personnel management and personnel management system is summarized in this paper, and the purpose of this system development is described. Secondly, it introduced the software architecture and concrete development technology. This system use B/S mode, in order to increase the system extensibility, improve the code reusability, and the stability of the system, and this system adopted SOA architecture during the design and development. In the second chapter, it introduced the concept and characteristics of SOA architecture, and detail the Web Services,J2 EE and MySQL technology. In order to make this system fits the requirements of the personnel management work of Human Resource and Social Security Bureau of Inner Mongolia Ximeng, we did the system analysis in the third chapter. During the system analysis, the feasibility in the economic, technical and operational field is analyzed. Then specific service processing flow is considered, respectively, on the function of the system and the performance requirements. In the fourth chapter, the system design is completed, in which the structure of the whole system is introduced, then the detail design of seven main modules is made and specific function structure of each module is introduced. In the fifth chapter, the system implementation is shown and key codes are described. Finally, in order to make the implement the system meet the demands of the original design and have correctly, steady operation, the system testing is made in the sixth chapter.The personnel management information system of Human Resource and Social Security Bureau of Inner Mongolia Ximeng conforms the requirement of personnel management of the this bureau, and it confirmed by system test that this system has proper function and can run in stability and easy way. When this system put into operation, it will help more to adwance the efficiency of personnel management work, reduces the labor cost of the enterprise personal management, and improve the management level of this enterprises. |
