| Personnel files of cadres is an important basis for the study and the correct selection and use of cadres, how to improve the cadre personnel archive management level, better play the role of personnel files, is currently an important topic of cadre personnel archives management. To carry out the work of cadre personnel archive the audit, not only can effectively solve the problems existing in personnel files, to ensure that personnel archives information comprehensive, accurate, true, reliable, but also reflects the development process of our country cadre personnel work in a certain extent. Therefore, combining the personnel files of audit work personnel files of cadres and cadres, in carrying out the process audit, analysis of key issues, problems of cadre personnel archives work, find out the reasons and put forward the solution, to promote the work into the standardization, scientification and modernization development of our cadre personnel archives track.There are six parts in this paper:The first part is introduction. By reviewing domestic and foreign literature, introduces the research status of cadres personnel files; introduces the research significance, archives management personnel research contents, research methods and ideas.The second part expounds the concept and features of personnel files; straighten out the general situation of the development of the management of personnel files of cadres in China; and introduces the main content of cadre personnel archives management.The third part focuses on the relevant content of the work of cadre personnel archive the audit, including the purpose and significance of the audit work of our country cadre personnel files; China’s cadre personnel archive the audit work overall situation; and taking Anhui Province as an example, discusses in detail the cadre personnel archive the audit contents and requirements, methods of audit process, the audit work the new changes of audit work, and the effect of Anhui province made in the work of cadre personnel archive in auditing.In the fourth part, the perspective of Anhui Province, analyzes the audit work of our country cadre personnel files in question. Includes a profile of outdated ideas, archives basic design backward, the collection of archival material is not complete, filing is not standard, the quality is not high, lagging construction of archives information, archives play utility level is low, the archives working personnel knowledge structure and capacity needs to be improved.The fifth part of the analysis results of the above fourth parts, focuses on the suggestions to solve the problem, the research on this subject after the guide. To further improve the management system of China’s current cadre personnel files; optimization of cadre personnel archive review mechanism; strengthen personnel cadre personnel archive work times and service consciousness, improve the management level and ability; increase investment, to ensure that personnel archives work development funds; to strengthen the standardized management of cadre personnel archives; make full use of various means, take the initiative to provide services, implementation of cadre personnel archives information, diversification, standardization.At the end of the article points out the basic conclusion of this research.Present status and development trend of cadre personnel archives, largely reflected by the content and the achievement of the work of cadre personnel archive the audit.
