Abstract/Summary:
With the improvement of corporate modern management awareness and the all-round development of the information age,the enterprise personnel resource management system plays an important role in the management of the entire enterprise.Before the Internet industry was as popular as it is now,early personnel management matters were usually done manually.With the expansion of the enterprise scale and the distribution of business volume in a large scope,the specific business involved in the personnel management work has increased,a large amount of data needs to be processed,and traditional manual management,maintenance and retrieval services cannot be implemented normally.In fact,different enterprise management methods are different.It is no universal solution and not possible to quickly make functional iterations according to the individual needs of enterprises.In order to facilitate the management of subsidiaries in different regions,technically solve the drawbacks of traditional personnel management methods,reduce the possibility of errors in work,improve the efficiency of personnel management,centrally and uniformly manage personnel information,and accurately control various data.And indicators.In view of this demand,this paper designs and implement a humanized personnel management system as scientifically and reasonably as possible.Also,this paper provides a technical service platform for large-scale personnel management of enterprises and try to solve the problems in the personnel management of enterprises.This paper firstly analyzes the background and development of the existing personnel management work in the enterprise,and systematically analyze the specific work content of the users and different users involved in the enterprise personnel management work.Firstly,the system uses MySQL database and Tomcat 7 server to design the storage and data structure of the system data by combining the results of the system data demand analysis and the confidentiality of personnel information and data integrity.Then,SSM framework is introduced in detail at the present stage of the system.Finally,it realizes the function of the whole personnel management attendance system.Finally,through the software testing,the target of the initial stage of system development is achieved and hence the attendance system of enterprise personnel management based on the framework of SSM is realized.The basic structure of the personnel management system in this paper is constructed through the investigation of the system requirements and the support of the existing technical means.Considering the requirements of the company on employee attendance and the long-term development of the company,this system improved the existing personnel management system.The contributions are listed as follows: 1)In this paper,intelligent algorithm-improved ID3 algorithm will be introduced into the personnel management system to obtain employees' satisfaction with the company,and employees' satisfaction with the company will be analyzed by filling in questionnaires.2)This paper uses distributed database to manage the data of personnel management system for the management system composed of such decentralized database in large enterprises.3)In this paper,the fingerprint punch is embedded into the personnel management system to record and manage the attendance of employees,and display it in the management system with a visual model to further improve the management efficiency of managers.
