Design And Implementation Of Run Shihua Company Personnel Management System

The personnel management system can help enterprise managers to carry out the personnel management better,improve work efficiency and effectiveness.This requires Run Shihua Company to pay attention to and strengthen the establishment of a convenient,scientific and effective personnel management system.The technologies applied to the personnel management system of Run Shihua Company include the MVC architecture,Struts + Hibernate framework and SQL Server 2012 database,which improve system maintainability and scalability.Java programming language is applied in the system.The following work contents have been completed as described in this article: the Use Case tool is used to explore the basic system information,staff,appraisal,remuneration,training and other management modules;the presentation layer,application layer and data layer are designed to form a three-tier system framework;the system function module mainly includes the basic system information,staff,the appraisal,remuneration and training management contents,based on which establish the module class diagram,timing diagram and flow chart;the interface development and functional testing,and performance testing of the main functional modules of the system are completed.At present,the personnel management system of Run Shihua Company is still under testing and has not really applied to specific work.The system tests have proved that the personnel management functions of Run Shihua Company can meet the needs of users.The performance of this system is quite good in terms of its work efficiency,also,design and development purposes have been well-considered.
