The human resources management is esteemed as the core of corporate management.With the advent of the information era, and the development trend of information technology in modern enterprise management, the human resources management information system, which is in compliance with the requirements of modern corporate development, has become an indispensable premise for corporate management to go forward towards informationization, modernization and globalization.This thesis and the developed system took the work requirements into consideration. Firstly, this thesis made detailed analysis for the features of the human resources managements, and carried out preliminary design based on such condition, then made brief introduction on how to realize and test modules such as the human resources management, attendance information, remuneration management, database management, and system management, in the end this thesis made conclusion for the whole passage and put forward the orientation which needs our further efforts. System select Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2005 and C # programming.Based on C/S model development and featuring easy operation, strong extension capacity, practicability, and security access control to a certain extent, this system can further enhance the work efficiency of human resources management as well as the level and quality to serve the employees.
