| Agile development is a kind of software development method in order to cope with the rapid change of market requirement.Compared with the traditional development methods,it emphasizes the close collaboration between team members and business people,as well as face-to-face communication in order to achieve rapid delivery software.This article start the introduction from the Agile invention,through the analysis of Agile manifesto and some other options,combined with actual situation of the projects,summarized twelve development standards,at the same time this article discusses how to apply these twelve standards on the project.And help managers to judge the model of project development at the early stage of the project.In addition,the planning poker is defined as a kind of game based estimation method in order to get consensus rapidly.It is often used to estimate the software development time or relative value.According to some problems which are found in using planning poker in the actual situation,this article puts forward a set of agile estimating best practices,through the use of this best practice,help agile project team members can obtain the estimation results more quickly and effectively. |
