Modern cost control needs an integrated system to coordinate planning, monitoring and managing costs occurred in enterprise. This system will help enterprise with all business operation activities towards market. Project management system is one of the integrated solutions in SAP which helps enterprise implement all tasks in project management.As Telecom Industry's supplier, the competition becomes the external driving force for the adoption of SAP to reduce the cost. Internal data can be shared in SAP and the key target for SAP is to control project cost. Under SAP circumstances, we set up standard process for project initiation, execution and control so that project cost and sales data can be shown clearly. Meanwhile, it is the requirement of financial system standardization.
