Design And Realization Of The BtoC Project Management Platform Based On FPA

With IT development, the software industry development is playing the more and more important role in national economy at full speed. Implementing effective administration to software development is to decide the all-important factor that the software industry development. In software project exploitation process, the project management catches people's attention gradually. The project management is to carry out the activity analysis and the management on cost, personnel, rate of progress, mass, risk and so on. in order to make the software project be able to be completed smoothly according to predetermined cost, rate of progress, mass. Cost management is a main content that the software project manages, which is a middle comparatively weak aspect of the software project management at present. A lot of software project is not good at because of control of production cost, the cost having brought about software cost of construction rises, software mass cannot get guarantee, it and need instability stand side by side, are the most common two cause bring about the software project being out of control, but control of production cost can use mainly estimating and coming to under the control of summarization. Thus it can be seen that the software cost estimates success or failure or not with the success or failure affecting the software project's gravely or not.Software cost estimation from 1960's development until now, is acting the strong character continuously in the software development history. This article according to based on the algorithm model method, non- based on the algorithm model method as well as the combination method classified way, the comprehensive review, has analyzed the software cost estimate several representative method, also induced discusses has estimated the strong correlation with the cost the software scale measure question. Then, separately from the estimate model, the estimate evolution, the estimate content, the estimate applies four aspects, further studies to the software cost estimate method development.In this foundation, this article proposed one new cost management, take COCOMO II (Constructive Cost Model) algorithm model as a foundation, uses the function analysis method FPA (Function Point Analysis) to carry on the software scale measure, thus enhances the cost estimate accuracy, formulates reasonable plan WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), and through the plan implementation, carries on the control to the project, and causes its standardization. Finally, by applying this management to the company interior BtoC project to manage the platform (the BtoCPM platform), which is still be developing, to make the platform more effective and comprehensive, and can saves the project management cost for the company, enhances the economic efficiency.
