Domestic banks are in such a stage that perfect management and improve service.The most key is the talented person in the competition.One of the threat faced by banks is the loss of talents.The bank need to make reasonable incentive mechanism to retain talent or to attract talents.Because it can improve the morale of the employees and performance.And the bank can carries on the survival of the fittest for keeping the best employee groups.The foundation of this kind of incentive mechanism is the bank staff performance appraisal system which is related to the interests of every teller himself.Only the teller's performance is correctly assessment,the rewards and punishment of tellers may be fairness and justness.The staff's working enthusiasm may be flamed out.Performance appraisal management has now become the core of resource management.It plays a decisive role in realizing enterprise strategic objectives and also has become a consensus in the industry.Staff performance appraisal management system is a work platform for bank transaction management.This platform is based on the basic information of bank staff.And it takes performance calculation and analysis as the core.In this paper,based on the actual business of bank staff performance appraisal management,using the object-oriented theory and the mainstream technology development tools to design and develop this system.This system uses B/S architecture,development language for the ASP.NET,as well as the use of Server SQL 2005 as the background database.The design of bank performance appraisal includes system management(such as user information management),institutions such as basic information management,performance management(such as performance assessment task,evaluation indicators and performance management),information management,performance management and statistical analysis etc..The system encourages the office efficiency of the bank performance appraisal management departments greatly improved.It also strengthens the transparency of appraisal and makes the behavior of appraisal more fairness and justness,and which provides an effective tool and means for the realization of scientific management.
