The Optimization Of Bank Tellers Grading Management Appraisal System Based On.Net

With the gradual progress of computer network technology, every industry has began the process of informatization. The bank is an important part of the financial sector, and its work efficiency and standard of services depend on the informationization level. As the customer’s portal of the bank, the managerialknowledge and technologicallevel of the the tellers would be relate to how much the bank earns. According to service status of DongJiang agriculture bank, this paper developed an information management system in bank teller ranking to to improve the work efficiency and realize the Automation in the bank.This paper made requirements analysis and gave the requirements report detail thorough the research in DongJiang agriculture bank. On this basis, this paper put forward the concrete construction plan of the Bank tellers grading appraisal system. The construction plan of the systerm used Visual Studio as the developmentplatform, and then adopted ASP.NET, SQL Server database and three-tier B/S architecture as the systerm foundation. Based on the solution, this paper had realized the following achievements:(1)This paper implemented a bank online examination system which was composed of the exam question bank management, test paper group volume management, online examination management, schedule management, test management to realize the assessment of the hierarchization of bank tellers automation and intelligent.(2) This paper implemented a automated ranking assessment system for bank teller.The system set the fair evaluation rules firstly,and then get the rating on the basis of the comprehensive performance score under these rules.The bank tellers grading appraisal system devleoped in this paper was in accordance with the principle and the method of software engineering, and discussed the specific development process from the early demand analysis, system design, implementation, testing, operation and so on. Therefor, it reflect the "High Cohesion and Low Coupling" design principals completely. At present, the system runs in Dongjiang agriculture bank. It runs well, which improve the working efficiency of bank teller ranking assessment, reduce the burden of examination organizers and offer experience for other informatization work of Bank.
