With the development of social economy,enterprise scale is growing,various kinds of large enterprises,large enterprises from the endless.Their internal human resource management is becoming more and more complex.A large mining enterprises to reduce the management cost of state-owned enterprises in response to the national call,adapt to the new era of the development needs of the company,the urgent need to change the old human resource management system,to design and develop a higher degree of automation,high efficiency management,human resources management system better scalability.Through the discussion of the J2 EE architecture,SSI framework,Oracle database,Weblogic deployment platform and the existing development platform,the research and comparison of the technical framework,database and deployment platform in my dissertation.The software and hardware development and implementation of the human resource management system of large enterprises are put forward.The whole system adopts the J2 EE B/S architecture,using SSI framework,database using Oracle 11 g framework,the UI using the JQuery and ExtJS.The deployment platform adopts the Weblogic 10 g.According to the user,business and non function requirement analysis and the function of the whole system of general considerations.The human resources management system is divided into staff management,attendance management,recruitment management,performance management,salary management,training management,system management.Employee management mainly includes: leaving and working staff management,department management,contract management,file management and other functions,mainly for the staff of the relevant information management services.Attendance management mainly includes: attendance setting,Basic table setting,scheduling setting,manager approval,management,credit card attendance records and other functions.Recruitment management includes: lack of post situation query,recruitment application for approval and other functions,mainly for staff recruitment services.Performance management includes: evaluation committee management,index management,score management function,mainly for the employee salary management to provide an important criterion.Salary management includes: salary management and social insurance two kinds of functions,mainly responsible for the relationship with the employee's salary and other functions,is the whole human resource management more important module.Training management includes three kinds of functions: training management,instructor management,examination and approval management.System management includes: information management and data management two kinds of functions.It is mainly set the relevant parameters and data by the system administrator or system maintenance personnel operation in order to ensure the normal operation of the system and service.First,the main features of this system are development framework and development technology is now more popular,which can guarantee the efficiency of development,and also conducive to the maintenance.Second,the function of the whole system framework and business process,which can meet the demand of existing enterprises,and has strong expansibility.The last,the use of cluster technology is powerful deployment platform and hardware,the system has fast response and good load capacity.
