With the continuous development of China’s information technolog, enterprise pays moreattention to use information technology to provide services for the relevant departments. Theinformation management system provides strong support to the development of enterprise. Humanresources management system is a part of enterprise information system, while the performanceappraisal is an important part of human resource management, directly related to thecompetitiveness of enterprises, which has complex process, involves a wide, heavy workload. Inorder to ensure the integraty and comprehensiveness of performance appraisal information, wemust strengthen the unified management and standardized treatment of the performanceassessment’s working flow, performance appraisal and performance appraisal ranking scoreinformation. In strict accordance with the rules and regulations of the enterprise to make theenterprise managers to grasp the situation of staff, and found problems to provide guidance andadjustment.First of all, the paper introduces the presentation layer, business layer, persistence layerframework through research of Java EE lightweight framework’s basic idea, and integrated Struts,Spring and Hibernate as a lightweight framework solution. Secondly, the paper designs persistentobject, presentation layer, business layer and persistence layer based on abstract interfaceaccording to the user requirement, business logic and database design, and implements a lowcoupling, portable and maintainable human resource performance management system. Use ofobject-oriented ideas and technology to the system requirements analysis, outline design, detaileddesign and implementation of the system.
