Performance appraisal is an important work in enterprise management,which can directly affect the efficiency of enterprise management.The performance management process includes the development of performance objectives,performance appraisal and the corresponding incentive.The establishment of a sound performance appraisal system is not only conducive to the development of enterprises,but also conducive to the value of employees in the enterprise.For insurance companies,in the fierce competition in the industry environment,take effective measures to realize information management of performance appraisal,is conducive not only to enhance the competitiveness of the insurance company,for employees in the insurance business,get an accurate assessment of the value,so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,promote the working efficiency.Use of information technology,the establishment of performance appraisal system of insurance companies not only can provide guarantee for the construction of the performance appraisal system of insurance company,but also to provide a transparent and fair position competition environment for insurance practitioners.The main research contents of the design and implementation of performance evaluation system of insurance company are included in this paper:1.study the application requirements of the performance appraisal system of the insurance company,to analyze the business requirements,functional requirements and non functional requirements of the performance appraisal system.This thesis mainly analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of the insurance company,and puts forward the design scheme of the performance appraisal system of the insurance company.2.The design of the insurance company's performance appraisal system.Based on the process performance evaluation work of the insurance company,the insurance company performance appraisal system function partition management assessment index,assessment plan management,evaluation management,assessment of the results of the query,the main function modules,and system login,user management,system management,and other basic function module.The architecture design,function design and database design of the performance appraisal system of insurance company.The main function of management and evaluation indicators,evaluation plan management,evaluation management,examination results query statistics,and system management etc.insurance company performance appraisal system realization were studied,and the performance appraisal system of the insurance company's function and performance are tested.The application of performance appraisal system of insurance companies,not only to enhance the competitiveness of the insurance company,for employees in the insurance business,get an accurate assessment of the value,to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,improve work efficiency.The design and implementation of performance appraisal system of insurance company can not only provide guarantee for the construction of performance appraisal system of insurance company,but also provide a transparent and fair competition environment for employees.I hope the research results of this thesis can promote the efficiency of performance appraisal,and provide valuable reference for the research of related topics.
