The Design And Implementation Of Official Document Management System

With the rapid development of information technology, the great changes have taken place in the traditional document processing mode. Efficient online paperless official document processing system is becoming more and more attractive. Due to differences among processing modes of each enterprise, a general document management system is difficult to fit all enterprises. Consequently, it is particularly important to develop a document management processing system which fits the enterprise document processing.This thesis focuses on the development of State Grid Songshan District Chifeng Power Company document management system. The important meaning of developing the enterprise official document management system is elaborated firstly. The target of this official document management system is determined considering the current research and development status. Then this thesis analyses the advantages to adopt B/S structure and relevant techniques to develop official document management system. According to these analyses, Visual Studio 2003 is used as the platform. SQL Server 2005 database is applied and VB.NET is chosen as the development language. Then this thesis analyses the demand of users, summaries functions of each sub module, designs database, describes relationships in the data with E-R graphic, and establishes the path for official document transmission. Finally, seven modules, including system login module, official document draft module, issued official documents module, to-do official document module, official document agent module, transmission and monitor module, custom category module are realized by coding in this thesis. Some test cases are designed, and system test is carried on. The test results show that the whole system runs well and satisfies the basic demands for company's official document processing.
