By putting into use the office automation system, the daily office efficiency has been improved. Office automation system improves the quality level of enterprise management, reduces the burden of enterprises, standardize the behavior of the daily office of enterprises, and speeds up the transformation of management ideas. In the application process of office automation system, the definition of business process is a key technology. The key to the office automation system is its daily usage. The business process of the system supports the entire management system, and the office efficiency is improved through effective management.First of all, it makes a background analysis on the office automation system; secondly, it makes a description of the related technologies of the office automation system; thirdly, through the analysis of the demand for the daily business process, it establishes a relevant model of the system; fourthly, through the relevant model, it makes a detailed design for the office automation system; lastly, on the basis of the design, it makes a system implementation and system design of the system.In the design and implementation of office automation system, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C# and other language development technologies are integrated. In the system modeling process, the UML standard modeling language is used and various diagrams such as system case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, etc... In system database design, the SQL Server 2005 is used as the system design database. In the design of database, the idea of distributed database management is integrated to improve the security of data storage.Through an effective analysis of enterprise office business, the system establishes 6 modules including authority management, document management, transaction management, conference management, and auxiliary management. The authority management is mainly to carry on effective control on the related authority of the system; the main function of document management is to make corresponding treatment on the document sent or received to improve the efficiency of the document treatment; the transaction management refers to the management of the enterprise's insurance medical service treatment to safeguard the employee's legitimate rights and interests; the conference management is mainly for the optimal integration of the conference room resources to achieve a fair and reasonable allocation of the conference room; the system auxiliary management mainly includes management relevant to daily businesses such as email, bulletin board, and mail list.At present, the designed office automation management system has been put into a trial operation stage; at this stage, a large number of documents have been carried on with relevant tests on business process. Test results show that the office automation management system can effectively deal with related businesses and demonstrates a superior performance in parallel processing. Through the system, the reliability and timeliness of document processing is improved, which provides some positive effects on the transformation and innovation of enterprise management.
