Design And Implementation Of Electronic Document Management System Of Ulanqab Bureau Of Culture

With the increasingly important role of the Internet and electronic technology in people's lives,the electronic document technology has been developed more and more rapidly.But this kind of development,also began in various institutions in the city of Ulanqab is a prefecture level city of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the cultural administration plays a role of cultural management and publicity,so there is a need to deal with a lot of document information,and process these documents are ten points behind the complex,especially with the linkage of various departments.Document management is used to transfer the traditional paper-based documents.This transfer paper-based has many shortcomings,such as transmission time,transfer speed is slow,especially in lower unit emergency supervision policy issued in the transmission of culture,it is likely to cause the notification cannot be promptly delivered to the cultural regulation policy of subordinate units,in the face of this situation,the Cultural Bureau decided to use the advanced technology to build a set of information electronic document management system.This paper first introduces the research situation of document processing system of the Ulanqab Municipal Bureau of culture,analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in the document system,then describes the information to the electronic document management system;and then introduces the key technologies of the system,and combined with the key technology of business process analysis and use case of system,at last each function module of the electronic document management system implementation and testing.Electronic document management system of Ulanqab Municipal Bureau of culture based on the J2 EE platform to develop specific design using Spring and Spring MVC as development framework,Java as programming language,open source My Sql as a database,using the MVC design pattern,network architecture model using B/S modeling,using UML modeling tools,logic design and conceptual design of the electronic document database system,maintain integrity and standardization of system data.The electronic document system mainly designs five core business modules: Document Issuing module,document receipt management module,conference management module,process management module and user management module.Through the functional test and performance test of the electronic official document system,the result shows that the system can meet the requirement of document processing in Ulanqab culture bureau.With the combination of the actual document processing business through the use of advanced technology,electronic document management system designed in this paper,which provides a uniform platform for the Ulanqab Municipal Cultural Bureau,to ensure that the subordinate units of national cultural policy can accurately transfer the subordinate units through the platform can timely feedback the results,in addition to the use of the system improves the flow rate of documents the various departments and subordinate units,through the information transfer document,greatly improve the overall efficiency of the government.It strengthens the cultural policy information flow between enterprises and citizens,shortens the distance between cultural enterprises and cultural bureaus,and enables enterprises and citizens to understand China's cultural industry and planning and policies in a timely manner.
