An Army Official Document Storage, Archiving, Query System Development And Implementation

In recent years, the computer was used widely in the field of army,however, in the document management, computer is only used to print documents, store documents and a small amount of information exchange. It is still staying for the traditional office mode;it is chaotic for document management , difficult for search and insufficient for security. Besides,It is verbose in information's processing, the statistics and the analysis , it also has the deficiency in communication, cooperation , control and so on . With the swift development of information technology, especially the rapid development of computer network technology, the automatic document management system plays a pivotal role for improving office efficiency, reducing labor costs, making the decision-making more scientific and correctness, promoting the informatization and automation development.This paper analyzes the present situation of document management and base on a certain troops in the specific requirements of official management ,with the purpose of raising working efficiency , reducing labor costs and improving the army's informationization devolopment,combining with all kinds of existing technology and method , confirmed to PHP + Apache + Mysql as this system's development and operation platform, The system adopt B/S program structure model, based on this, we design and implement a system based on the network for a certain troop in document storage,archive and search . Paper completed the following contents:1 Comprehensive analysis of the specific requirements of a certain army on the aspects of documents storage, filing, search and so on.These requirements including: the demand of document content and formats, the demand of system security and on the needs of system function.2 Base on the analysis of the system requirements, making the overall and detailed design for the system, the entire system is divided into general module, login module, the document module, user modules and management module. Meanwhile accomplish the database design, all the system functions based on seven form to complete in the database. 3 Using PHP language realized the whole system.
