In the era of economic globalization, as a scarce resource, human resources have been raised to an unprecedented height. In order to survive in this community, enterprises must improve their competitiveness, while good human resource management maximizes the competitiveness. Humn resource management is faced with the problem of information redundancy. In this paper, we use the data mining technology which is good at discovering patterns from data to ease this problem.Based on the theory of modern human resource management, this paper makes full use of data mining technology to effectively extract useful information from redundant human resources information and provide guidance for senior management. Compared with the traditional manual human resource management, data mining can eliminate a lot of invalid information, liberate some human resources, "intelligent", "automatically" to analysis the human management system. Firstly, this paper gives an overview of human resource management theory, data mining technology and the current research situation of the combination of both at home and abroad. After that, the paper introduces the human resource management and data mining technology, and shows that the combination of the two is feasible. Finally, we designed and implemented a human resource management system. Data mining is used as a sub-module of the system to improve its data analysis and decision-making ability.The innovation of this paper lies on the design of data mining module and human resource management system, they are not simply combination, but also related to the data layer, application layer and knowledge expression layer and other aspects of the integration. In the end, this paper uses data mining technology in the background of enterprise management, analyzes and processes the existing data, and provides assistance for decision making, which is a useful example of data mining in human resources system.
