The business intelligence (BI) is, at present, a hot spot in the information processing technology, which implements integrated data management, flexible data access, and powerful data analysis and visualized reporting ability and so on. BI mainly composes of the data warehouse, the data mining and OLAP technologies. Human resource management system (HRMS), at present, is a information system which faced transaction processing, based on the relational database, and the function of statistic. Only limit to the basic Statistic index computation. The information the users get can't support decision making for finite quality, poor quantity, and of a sort pertinence and validity. And a new technology, which could mine valuable information and mode from complex data, is required.This article discussed the HRMS using BI which in conformity with the data warehouse, the data mining and OLAP technologies, and makes full use of the data of HRMS, studies the realization of BI. This is the foundation of human resource statistic analysis system (HRSAS). HRSAS can mine knowledge, relation or rule from the information system, and support decision making when analysis and forecast, programming, humanist management and so on.This article studies key technologies of BI systematically, including data warehouse, data mining and multi-dimensional analysis. Firstly discussed the feasibility of uniting BI and HRMS, analyzed the requirements of HRMS and the existing schema of HRMS database system, designed multidimensional date cubes of HRMS statistic analyses system, built date cubes of HRMS. And the demonstration took a department of human resource as an example, using SQL Server 2005, implemented a set of arithmetic about data mining, and contrasted the results and explaining by OWC. Based on these, used VB.NET and SQL Server 2005, developed a statistic analysis system based on data warehouse and data mining technology, and validated the function of the system partly. Finally point out the lack of studies in this paper, and indicated direction for further study.
