Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management,and it occupies an increasingly important position in enterprise strategy.As a large state-owned enterprise of the provincial power companies,the key for company to improve the overall efficiency in promotion of smooth internal operation such as how to timely and effective grasp the enterprise staff structure,pay distribution and talent pool status as well as other auxiliary decision-making information including;how to reasonably allocate information on the use of human resources,how to pass Performance evaluation to encourage staff morale,how to fully grasp the units directly under the staff,pay,social security,labor contracts and other information.Business intelligence is a key technology to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise.In order to enhance the level of human resource management and decision-making information,X power company build a human resource assist decision-making analysis of data warehouse to help decision-making for business intelligence as the core technology.It is a convenient,unified standardized human resources data query analysis platform based on monitoring,report query,business analysis,data mining,data quality monitoring and other functions.The construction and application of this system is of great significance to standardize the data management of human resource businesses and to improve the level of human capital decision-making and supervision.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces the business intelligence technology,the development of human resources management,explains why the introduction of business intelligence technology in the latest stage of human resource management,application and market and the current domestic and international business intelligence analysis.The second chapter introduces the related technologies used in the system,including data mining,ETL technology,full-text search,multi-dimensional analysis,etc..The third chapter analyzes the current situation of human resources development and the new requirements of human resource management in the new stage,and expounds the feasibility and necessity of the construction of human resource assistance decision system.At the same time,a comprehensive analysis of the company's human resources actual business,to prepare for the system design and implementation.The fourth chapter introduces the overall application architecture of the system,and in accordance with the module in detail the system design and implementation process,including the establishment of index system of human resources and business analysis topics,by the way of visualization shows directly carried out key business human resources;use the full-text search engine technology to achieve a custom query module,to meet the needs of fast query related to human resources detailed data of the business;integrate human resources module of the business report,using a unified way to show,meet the relevant personnel of enterprises report query demand;fully tap the potential of deep knowledge of human resource business data based on data mining technology,to discover existing problems in human resource management,a comprehensive optimization of human resources management model provides the basis for the design of data quality;through the monitoring component,configuration data validation rules all levels of data extraction for inspection,protection logic,effectiveness and integrity of data.The fifth chapter designed the operating environment of the system,selected a custom query module to test,and analyzed the results of the test.The sixth chapter summarizes the work of the paper,and analyzes the problems in the paper and the prospect of the follow-up work.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of business intelligence both at home and abroad,analyzes the actual needs of current power company human resource management decision,designs data management,special analysis,custom query,report management,data mining,data quality monitoring and other functional components.It also enables data comprehensive collection and analysis of mining in the power company human resources business for all levels of human resources management personnel to provide convenient and efficient human resources business data query analysis,and also support for company leaders at all levels to provide authoritative human resource decision making.
