Human Resource Management System Design And Implementation

Currently, the position of unprecedented talent is more important, how to attract talented people, how to arrange human resources and reduce personnel costs has been put to a top priority. In this paper, we try to build a human resource management system, which is suitable for Hebei Medical UniversityIn the analysis phase, the project team of developers conducted a in-depth research about the needs of relevant Personnel managers, the project team invited all the managers participated in the group, and use UML to case diagram for system modeling, and complete the system requirements analysis.In the system development phase, security and stability was considered the the most important subject. The project team try to use the fuzzy neural network to give out the solution,which is a good advice for the evaluation. In the project management level, TFS was used as a server,and with it the project team complete source code management, testing, etc.; Based on customer's need, both B/S, C/S mode are used in the system.The ASP.NET MVC, WinForm framework, and integration of WPF, EF, design patterns are the important Techniques. The language like C#, HTML, XML, JS, SQL and other languages are also used in the whole subject.
