| Under the strong support and development of the country, civil aviation and related industries have been greatly developed, and the requirements of airworthiness management that closely related to aeronautical products are also increasingly urgent. On November 2th, 2015, the aircraft C919 which China has independent intellectual property rights successfully gets off the assembly line. In order to obtain the type certification early, it will be taken to carry out verify compliance verification and flight test work.In December 2014, aircraft ARJ21 achieved type certificate and the work for its product certificate is on working,we believe that China Commercial Aircraft manufacturing management system could meet the airworthiness standards and through the airworthiness authorities of inspection. Aircraft manufacturing enterprises that only obtained production licenses issued by the airworthiness authority could be able to repeated producing the type of aircraft, and deliver to clients a large number of aircraft which comply with the safety standards. Product certificate validation work do not only made aviation products manufacturing enterprises to get tested and approved by the airworthiness authorities, but also improved the management level of enterprises.With the development of information technology, such as computer aided design, aided manufacturing, information management software, how to use these advanced information management platforms to facilitate and accelerate the process of China airworthiness management and improve the informatization level of airworthiness information management, this paper carried out reserch work on production certificate information management system, the main research work of this article including:1. The in depth investigation and analysis of modern aviation manufacturing enterprise information management level as well as the needs and management status of airworthiness certification management and information management;2. Detail analysis and summarize the forensic process, forensic business, approval process of civil aircraft manufacturing enterprises to apply for aircraft production certificate, including the con-cept and importance of forensics, forensic enterprise organizational structure, content structure of the quality assurance system, the key elements of document preparation;3. Research on Modernization PDM technology management advantages, proposed in the siemens Teamcenter system platform for the secondary development and customization to extension aircraft production certificate information management system research ideas, and to explore the feasi-bility;4. Research on enterprise production certificate validation information model building,analysis the function model of that system, analysis and compare the different types of organization structure model of different manufacturing enterprise to bulit the organization model and authority control, and complete building typical business process and design workflow on Teamcenter system, as well as system data model;5. Design, development study and practice of the product certificate information management system, a combination of software information systems development theory and technology, using Java language and Eclipse tool to custom and secondary develop the function, business processes and data model on Teamcenter system. Now we have preliminary completed the system’s underlying data model construction, business processes and the design work of organization and the authority control, the business and operational performance of the system needs to be further practice, feedback, revision and improvement. |
