As the market environment of intense competition and rapid development of enterprises,product innovation and product requirements are getting higher and higher intelligence.Systems development is becoming more and more complex and professional tools are unable to meet the system requirements for multidisciplinary collaboration.This complexity to the development process and product innovation has brought tremendous challenges including restricting to reduce major systemic risk and shorten the delivery cycle.In order to solve this problem,many companies through the use of advanced technologies and concepts solving some difficulties in the process of product development.However among the various professional disciplines are still islands of information and lacking of a unified,single data source and products oriented platform.Multidisciplinary collaborative and knowledge sharing issues are still outstanding during the process of developing complex products.The thesis is based on the background of project implementation of product lifecycle management Siemens(PLM)Teamcenter system for XX electronics company.It shows designing and implementing product lifecycle management system(hereinafter referred to as platform or system).With setting up multidisciplinary and multi system collaborative product development environment for different product stages of military enterprises,it can realize the effective control of it.The thesis carried out the following work:(1)The platform is based on Siemens PLM Teamcenter.Doing related technology research based on Teamcenter including its underlying SOA and Eclipse framework technologies.Also focusing on priority needs to build systems including system architecture,systems integration and system expansion capabilities.(2)Thesis focuses on how business process fully combine with product lifecycle management system.According to XX enterprise business requirements research,build business scenarios models based on military seven major stages requirements throughout product life cycle.Each key part of above scenarios is explained in detail.(3)Design and implement functions according to established business scenarios.Also explains business object models and the integration of existing systems with existing tools.At last it explains the requirement of system deployment.(4)Test above implemented system and analyze its result.Platform production result is briefly described.From the actual implementation result,the system is able to reduce systemic risk of product design.It improves the efficiency of the entire enterprise research and production and product innovation.At the same time,it shortens the delivery time of the product which proves that work on the thesis has valuable practical.
