Maintain antenna beam stable is fundamental for those radar which were integrated on moving platform. In early stage, to ensure shipborne radar's beam stable, a special mechanical machine has been operated, and radar antenna was integrated on this machine. But along with the popular of phased arrays were used on shipborne radar, mass of radar antenna is growing. So for mechanical machine, it is difficult to meet the requirement of large radar antenna. But the beam of phased array can quickly directing different directions, so phased array has strong capability to adapt moving platform, for phased array radar mechanical machine doesn't necessary again.To adapt the moving of platform, large range scan capability is necessary for shipborne phased array radar, and the larger of platform attitude change, the larger scan capability was required. Phased array radar's performance will descend when it's beam scan to large angle, to increase shipborne phased array radar's search performance, a method of beam schedule has been introduced in this paper.Platform attitude change has larger impact on the target tracking for those radar which integrated on moving platform. Target position prediction, and platform attitude information using has been analyzed in this paper, and some simulation result has been introduced in this paper. In order to ensure the accuracy of target position prediction, target position prediction should be operated in the geodetic coordinate system, and when we transform coordinate of target, suitable attitude of platform must be concerned.
