Phased array radar has the functions of controlling the high-speed agility beam,scanning the target airspace rapidly,and can complete the search and tracking tasks within the same task time.Phased array radar can respond to multiple mission requirements at the same time,making it more powerful than traditional radar,but it also leads to competition for resources such as system energy and time between different tasks.Therefore,the optimization analysis and calculation of phased array radar resources become crucial.This thesis introduces the basic framework of phased array radar resource management,selects the time resource in the search resource system as the reference factor,and combines the engineering application to study the problem of phased array radar beam position arrangement and pattern synthesis.The influence of the beam position broadening effect on the beam position's calculation is analyzed.Based on the airspace coverage rate and coverage loss,the differences between different beam position arrangements' methods are quantitatively analyzed.Furthermore,the beam coverage method of phased array radar on the moving platform is studied.Combined with the data of the rotational speed and altitude of the moving platform,the effects of parameters such as radar data rate and beam position arrangement's overlap rate on the dwell time of a single beam position are analyzed.Then,through simulation,the results of pattern synthesis using traditional synthesis method and particle swarm optimization algorithm are analyzed.Then,from the perspective of time resource consumption in a single wave position,combined with the power pattern of radar coverage airspace calculated by the patter,the advantage of using particle swarm optimization for pattern synthesis is analyzed.In this thesis,a method for beam coverage of relatively fixed target airspace by phased array radar on a moving platform is proposed.The influence of the beam coverage mode of phased array radar on the assignable dwell time of a single beam position and the influence of different pattern synthesis methods on the dwell time consumption in a single beam position are analyzed.The analysis results have reference significance in engineering applications.
