The birth of new media and development has brought profound changes in the media field. The People's Daily is the mouthpiece of the communist party of China central committee and plays an important role in the correctly guide public opinion. It is very important to find a suitable way for their own development path by using new technologies and the integration development of new media and traditional media in this change.This article cites the definition of "wisdom",which comes from the American scholar Mr. Negroponte's book "Being Digital". Transmission is a change of the distribution of wisdom. In the future society, the audiences are not only as receivers of information, but at the same time as the disseminators of information, realizing the interaction of information. If in the process of transmission, we still keep the traditional "communicators- the receiver" one-way transmission mode, wisdom only exists in the disseminators, the wisdom of the receivers has not returned to the disseminators, there exists wisdom interaction problems.In order to explore the wisdom interaction problems in People's Daily all media platforms' s reporting, this article selects the Boao BBS, JiuSan parade, the 2016 national "Two Sessions" samples in the all media platform by the People's Daily, establishing database, analyzling the wisdom interaction problems in the People's Daily all media platform during the fusion process.To explore breakthrough way of the wisdom interactive dilemma, borrowed from Donald shaw putting forward "papyrus" social related inference: in the future social media will set vertical agenda and the mass media will set level agenda.These two agendas will cross each other.Then it can be inferred that the spread the wisdom of interaction will be the intersection of the vertical media and mass media.First of all, introducing technology of " Audience Targeting " to activate data, locating "nodes".Through in-depth excavation of the users' data identifying the users' population attributes and personal qualities. On the one hand, according to the users' personal attention to push news, enhancing the users' experience. On the other hand, we can open the news editor authority of the high quality audience, making the wisdom of this part audience back to the disseminators, which can connect the spread of the vertical and horizontal media content.Then draw lessons from the Huffington post mode to make news aggregation, using the transmission node value. Create columns and call for the audience to join in the process of news gathering and production. At the same time,the audience can evaluate and thumb up the news content according to their favor.The highest rating articles will be selected as the excellent articles, spread all over the media platform to increase audiences' feeling of engagement and achievement, and bring the wisdom of the audience into the news production and transmission process.
