Take assembly workshop of J company which product XC5 as research object,analyzed the layout of the assembly workshop and material feeding,problems such as production disruptions waste caused by lack of materials,logistics waste and the low utilization of logistics workers is founded easily.In order to solve these problems,a new design of assembly workshop based on lean logistics system is proposed.The design mainly includes workshop layout and material feeding process.The main works and achievements can be summarized by the following four points:1.Logistics waste,wait waste and personnel waste is founded in assembly workshop through the analysis of current assembly workshop layout and material feeding process.The reason is that the layout is irrational and the material feeding methods are not applicable.Aimed at these problems,the general design thought of the assembly workshop lean logistics system is set up,and workshop layout and material feeding is taken as the study objects.2.The new assembly workshop layout is designed according to the current demand,which includes production line layout optimization,path design,preloaded area layout design and assembly workshop overall layout design.3.According to analyzing and comparing with other material feeding patterns,timing quantitative distribution combine with request light system is proved the most appropriate.Then,the timing quantitative distribution scheme is designed in details.In order to make list of material feeding successfully,macros is used to solve the complex calculation.4.Empirical research of one assembly line,simulated the system using Simio software,obtain the optimal solution of timing quantitative distribution scheme through three experiments,at the same time,optimal distribution number of materials,porter's number and the size of handling tools is also obtained.Finally,compared the optimized scheme with the original workshop,optimal scheme reached the better result in rationality of workshop layout,proving the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization.
