Research On The Improvement Of Assembly Workshop Layout In DL Company

Workshop layout design is an important process in enterprise facilities planning,workshop layout makes a great differences to enterprise's production logistics,production capacity,equipment utilization,working environment and so on.A good workshop layout is an important premise to reduce costs,improve business efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise.In this thesis,the problems of company DL's assembling plant has been exposed under the spotlight.Through the systematic layout planning method,a new improvement plan has been obtained,which helps reduce the transport costs of company DL's assembling plant and make full use of the space and equipment of the workshop.This thesis discussed the background,purpose,significance and research status of the study;Expounds the relevant theories of workshop layout design,introduced the system of the basic elements of layout design method and basic steps,Outlines the computer simulation technology and Flexsim simulation software.Describes DL company assembly workshop,including the workshop production of the product type and its processing process,described the current situation of the layout of the workshop,the original layout of the assembly shop was divided into work unit,by using the method of flow-distance,analyzed the workshop has the problem of logistics intensity is too large,operation unit position is not reasonable,electronic pulsator assembly unit layout is not reasonable.Aiming at those problem,using the method of system layout design analyzed the logistic relations between each operation unit,the relationship between logistics,and comprehensive relationship,using the linear graph method get two new workshop layouts;using simulation software of Flexsim system set up the original workshop layout model and improved model,evaluated the improve solution by model running results from processing rate,blocked rate,etc of all entities,then an optimal solution is chosen,Finally,by using the method of flow-distance and economic factor method to verify the effectiveness of the optimal layout.
