Research On Digital Workshop Layout And Optimization

The design of plant layout is the primary task which makes it to digitize. It is an urgent need to plant layout that can be designed to meet the reconstruction and adaptability requirements when establish the digital workshop. Therefore, it is of great realistic significance and research value that the design of digital workshop layout.On the basis of shortcomings of the existing layout plant and advantages of the digital simulation technology, this paper puts forward the framework of layout and optimization of digital workshop, also establish an simulation model of the layout for making an logistics analysis use the software eM-Plant, and then make an simulation and optimization for the logistics between the layout of equipment. It also construct three-dimensional model for equipment, and associates the basis properties, extendable properties, production process information and so on to it. It is used to build a workshop class manufacturing resource library. On the results of dynamic simulation and optimization of plane logistics, it builds a visual parameter model of workshop, and adjusts the model. Last, this paper analyzes this model in the aspect of ergonomic, and gets the data which is reference value. It provides a ways and means for the layout and optimization of the digital workshop, and has realistic significance and research value for optimization of workshop.
